For a second season, artist Betsy Olmsted has reinterpreted a series of original paintings by Georgia OKeeffe into an artful and functional textile collection for self and home exclusively for us. Taking cues from OKeeffes Pedernal, 1941, the Pedernal Table Runner presents bands of bold color from the New Mexican landscape on a beautifully textured fabric thats ready to get to work in the kitchen. Printed on 100% cotton slub in India and hand-sewn in the USA; machine washable. Features twill tag with artist’s name and measures 13.5 wide by 72 long. Printed to look hand painted, her collection features exclusive designs created by Betsy using watercolor and gouache. With a bold color palette, natural fabrics, and exceptional quality, each piece is sure to become heirloom treasures. Her studio is located in historic Saratoga Springs, New York. Betsy has worked with companies such as Anthropologie, Terrain, The Land of Nod, and West Elm. She holds her BA from Skidmore College and MS in Textile Design from Philadelphia University.
